Here at Frazzleberries, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily accept the return of your unused merchandise in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days.
 
Please send us an email to: returns@frazzleberries.com explaining the reason for returning or exchanging the item(s) and we'll help take care of the rest.

Shipping charges on your original purchase are non-refundable.

Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Damaged Merchandise:
 

If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, please refuse the order or send an e-mail to: returns@frazzleberries.com and we'll coordinate a replacement and removal of the damaged items.
 
If you open the shipment and items are damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging.
 
In-Store Returns:
 
Here at Frazzleberries, we offer a 30-Day return policy on all-in store purchases. We will gladly extend a refund of your purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. 
 
Returns without a receipt will be extended store credit at the lowest prevailing price in the last 12 months.
